NFL team may move soon, report says

Soldier Field has been the Chicago Bears' home for 50 years. Their protracted presence in Chicago may soon end.

Brad Biggs of The Chicago Tribune said the Bears are set to depart Soldier Field. Biggs said it's a question of if, not when, and that may be this season.

Biggs: "When, not if." "Soldier Field, which debuted in 2003, wasn't a fantastic stadium. They want to discuss themselves. Not overnight."

Bears deny leaving Soldier Field. The club is also buying land for a new stadium.

Soldier Field has been the Chicago Bears' home since 1971 but was closed for redevelopment.

The stadium has hosted almost every pro and semi-pro football club in Chicago in the past century.
The stadium also hosts soccer matches

The USMNT, USWNT, and others have played there.
Chicago Fire play at Soldier Field.
