NASCAR World Reacts To The Rusty Wallace Announcement
The 2022 NASCAR Cup Series heads to Watkins Glen, New York for the 90 lap Go Bowling at The Glen race on soil.
Furthermore, a NASCAR legend will be providing the beginning order.
As indicated by NASCAR insider Bob Pockrass, NASCAR Hall of Famer Rusty Wallace will be providing the turn over motors order this Sunday.
It's been quite a while since Wallace hustled at Watkins Glen, and he capitalized on his experience on the track.
NASCAR has held races at Watkins Glen consistently starting around 1986, and Wallace was one of the track's most recognized champs.
He was the principal driver to come out on top in the race two times and is one of just eight drivers to win it on different occasions.
Hustling fans as well as Wallace's own sibling Kenny Wallace have all taken to Twitter in energy.
They're all anticipating seeing Rusty back in Watkins Glen this end of the week.
