Cocaine weighing more than 40 pounds was discovered

In excess of 40 pounds of cocaine were held onto in the wake of showing up in Philadelphia from the Dominican Republic on a traveler plane, the U.S.

Customs and Border Protection said Thursday. The bust occurred on Aug. 12.

During a standard assessment, CBP officials found 16 blocks concealed under a sweeping in the plane's hardware space, the organization said.

The CBP said the 16 blocks gauged somewhat more than 41 pounds, 10 ounces.

The assessed road esteem was $1.33 million.
