A woman who bought a $19 million penthouse in NYC is suing a real-estate agency

One woman said she was duped into thinking the loft she bought was a full-time police officer.

The unnamed woman is suing one of her agents, the Corcoran Group, and the seller of the property.

She said the agency tried to hide the fact that there was a virtual concierge service in the evening.

The complaint was filed with the Manhattan Supreme Court on Wednesday, Insider has learned.

The legal representative of the unnamed woman said she bought the penthouse at 37 Warren Street.

The buyer — who is described in the legal document as a single mother of three — terminated the contract in August and demanded a refund of her $1.9 million deposit
